Will My Insurance Cover Botox®?

Most of the insurance policies do not cover any cosmetic procedures. However, Botox® has been used in the medical field since the 1980’s . Using Botox to treat abnormalities of the eye muscles, migraines, muscle stiffness, hyperhidrosis or other medical conditions may be covered by insurance.
